Messaging Terms & Conditions.

These terms apply to the Drayline Platform Alerts text messaging program operated by Drayline LLC (“Drayline,” “we,” “us”).

The program sends automated operational alerts to the Drayline platform operator when our systems detect an error or an event that needs attention. It does not send marketing or promotional messages.

Only the Drayline platform operator receives these messages. No consumer or third-party numbers receive them.

To opt in, text START to (602) 584-2079, as described at drayline.io/alerts. You will receive a message confirming that you are opted in. No alerts are sent to a number until it has opted in. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies. Messages are sent only when a platform event requires attention.

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and no more messages after that. To join again, reply START.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your wireless carrier and coverage.

We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may change these terms or end the program at any time. The “Last updated” date above shows when these terms last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
